Since January 2026 I have hosted CYC, 706’s residency community in Dali, Yunnan. With a weekly rhythm of gatherings, talks and shared meals, the local group grew from 180 to a full 500 members, and a second group is now growing.
Having lived a nomadic life between countries, I am designing a “community operating system” from this house: practices and tools that let members reconnect easily after time apart, and turn a place people pass through into a network of support. Talks and exchanges for Wilder Mountain Dojo also happen here.
